LOVEJOY MARKET ✦ APPLICATIONS ✦ RULES ✦ WAITLIST ✦ FAQ ✦

the rules. yes, there are rules. ♡

The rules that keep one person’s cute setup from becoming everybody else’s problem.

Vendor Rules, Because We Like Nice Things
An application is not a spot.

You are not booked until I confirm you for that specific event.

Do not send money early.

Fees change by event. If I accept you, the email will tell you the amount, deadline, and real payment method.

You cannot give your spot away.

Do not sell it, trade it, split it, send a substitute, or tell a friend they can have it. The waitlist exists for a reason.

Bring what I approved.

Sell, serve, or perform only what was accepted. If the plan changes in a real way, ask first.

If it needs a permit, I need to see it.

Food, body art, cosmetology, alcohol, and other regulated work cannot happen until I verify the current required documents.

Stay in your space.

Keep exits, stairs, walkways, tattoo areas, and private areas clear. Your display may have personality. It may not have territorial ambitions.

You run your own checkout.

Bring your payment setup, receipts, bags, change, and whatever you need for your own taxes unless we agreed to something else.

Show up and clean up.

Arrive during your load-in window, keep the booth staffed, stay until approved breakdown, and leave the space the way you found it.

Safety ends the debate.

Harassment, threats, unsafe behavior, illegal products, unapproved flame or alcohol, or refusing a safety direction can end your participation immediately.

A specific event may add rules. Health, safety, licensing, insurance, lease, and legal requirements always win over convenience. Annoying sometimes, still true.
