The Waitlist, Not The Friend Zone
If the event you want is full, submit the right application anyway.
Once I approve your application, I can add you to that event’s waitlist. I usually offer openings in order, but the spot still has to fit. A food vendor with power needs cannot replace a two-foot print table just because they emailed first.

inside the last 24 hoursthe answer window may drop to about 30 minutes because panic has a schedule
If you cancel, the spot comes back to LoveJoy. Do not hand it to a friend or recruit your own replacement. I will offer it through the approved waitlist.
