Regular appointments need a 50% deposit through Square. It comes off your total and makes the appointment official. Pay your deposit here ♡
One reschedule is permitted, subject to availability. Further reschedules require a new deposit. Offers with specific appointment dates apply only within their stated dates.
Deposits are nonrefundable. A new booking payment is required to book again after a cancellation or no-show.
Appointment location + arrival details are provided after payment.
Please limit your appointment to one guest total and let me know beforehand if someone is joining you. Children count toward this limit.
Appointments are best attended without children, but I understand that bringing your child may sometimes be necessary. Please let me know in advance and bring everything needed to keep them comfortably occupied throughout your session. The studio is not set up to entertain children.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment unless I have contacted you and specifically said I can take you early. The suite stays locked and is not a public waiting space, so I may not be available to let you in before then.
You have a 15-minute grace period without contacting me. If you are running later than that, please message me. At 30 minutes past your appointment start time, I leave and the appointment is canceled. You will not be charged the remaining tattoo balance, but a new deposit is required to book again.
Finish your intake and consent before arrival.
I reserve the amount of time you booked. If the tattoo needs more, we schedule the rest.
LoveJoy does not tattoo feet or intimate areas.
Do not arrive impaired.
Eat a meal, hydrate, and wear clothing that gives access to the tattoo area. Do not shave the area or apply numbing cream beforehand. Bring your government-issued photo ID and complete your consent form before arrival.
